To Maximize Your Probability of Swimming at World Class,
it takes five major variables.
1. Proper Pool Situation
The proper pool situation involves a number of characteristics. You must have access to the number of hours that are needed. The pool facilities must include 50 meter water! Big nine foot lanes help in giving a quality situation where rhythm and stroke can be held without interference from others. The pool should always be setup with the proper equipment; including pace clocks, flag, lane lines, blocks, 100% of the time! Training times should be when the swimmer needs them, not when a multi-use pool schedule is available! The 50 Meter Pool at Arizona Sports Ranch has a priority use of the training program 24/7!
To be one of the best in the world takes expert coaching in a number of specialty areas; including physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology, management and organization. Coaching experience is crucial in leading and directing swimmers to world class in swimming. Stability and past success in coaching are important keys in choosing coaches to guide you in your effort to be the best that you can be. The highest levels of coaching knowledge, skills, experience, creativity and commitment are available to you at Arizona Sports Ranch!
2. Expert Coaching
3. A Great Peer Group
